Student Registration/Open House 2016 (Thursday, August 11th)

Join the faculty and staff of Madison Heights Elementary School for Registration and Open House on Thursday, August 11, 2016, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm!

At this time, you will be able to complete forms needed for the school year and meet your child's teacher!

NOTE:  You must bring PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN ORDER TO BEGIN & COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.  This should be the most recent electric, water, or cable bill, rental agreement in the name of the custodial parent.  If you live with someone, they will need to complete a notarized Residency Statement for you. 

NOTE: Out of Zone (or Non-Resident-subject to tuition) applications are due May 1 - July 15.  These are approved contigent on enrollment and other factors listed on the applciation.  These applications can be submitted throughout the year for consideration.
